Now this is more manageable and a whole lot better! This weekly edition is going to be better for everyone involved. I can actually take the time and go read everyone's entry and do some commentary of my own when I introduce them here on the blog.
For the people participating, they will hopefully have more people stopping by to read their submitted articles because they won't get lost in the multitude of entries.
The reader won't get overwhelmed and will actually have time to go and read what bloggers submitted.
If you have submitted an entry into the carnival this week, please take the time to help promote it on your blog! Thanks.
So here ya go, in no particular order, the 3rd edition of the SheBlogs Carnival.

GrrlScientist sends in another stellar and thought provoking entry titled, "Are Family Responsibilities Holding Back Female Scientists?" I can see her point and agree with her, even though I'm not a scientist myself, but I also hate that whole finger-pointing scenario as well. So I'll keep sitting on the fence on this one. Good read though.
After-Grad.com sends in Colorado Dreams and shares with us why she picked this particular University to achieve her Master's Degree. Good luck and keep us informed of your progress!

Pondering Condi is sent in by Mad Kane's Humor Blog. It sounds like Mad Kane is none to happy with Ms. Rice and writes a few verses about her testimony before the House.
Our next entry comes from none other than our ever so regular Menstrual Poetry, a self-proclaimed feminist, and she blogs about the picketers outside Planned Parenthood and introduces a blog titled I Am Emily X. Personally, I am not a Planned Parenthood supporter and I believe everyone has a right to protest. I'd love to see an entry from her about the Code Pink ladies. Nonetheless, the entry from Menstrual Poetry is grown up and well articulated. I also believe that as women of a variety of beliefs, we can still share our opinions with each other in a mature manner and Menstrual Poetry has demonstrated this well. Thanks for participating and I hope you continue to do so.

A cute little diddy for you, Fishing For Company, is sent in by Mad Kane's Humor Blog.

How To Rank #1 In Google Through On Page Optimization is sent in for the technical category by The Advice Blog where they break it down to you step by step and screen shot by screen shot of how to get more out of your blog ranking and Google.

Good Advice, who I believe is a newcomer to the SheBlogs Carnival dispenses good suggestions on The Benefits Of Marketing Your Written Articles.
Dana from Principled Discoveries ask the question, "What does art bring to education?" She also says,
Art is not just a “filler subject” to be gotten to when everything else is done. It is important in its own right.Oh and I LOVE her cute little illustration she has up regarding this subject; it is true, sadly. I hope things change in the school system when it comes to the arts in education.
Are You Naked? How To Improve Your First Impression is sent in to us via Edith Yeung. She has some fashion tips for you and she speaks the truth about people judging you by the clothes you wear. It's all about that ever so important first impression, remember.
You really should go over and check out this next entry; I've never heard anyone talk about fear like this before and be sure to check out where she relates to you one of her own personal stories regarding this topic. Think Simple Now discusses fears and how to overcome them. This is a topic I can always use some help with and always like to discuss.
PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE!!!! OMG! This blog ROCKS. Katy shares her recipe with us. Not only can she cook but she also is an attorney living in NYC. You go girl! SUGARLAW, my newest favorite blog; an inspirational single chickie making her own way, food, and blogging; what more can you ask for in the blogging world?
Next we have Scar Tales coming in with photos and all. I'm not too sure about a blog solely dedicated to scars. I sure hope this is a group effort, or an effort where ANYONE can send in scar stories and this isn't actually just ONE PERSON doing nothing but a scar blog. Goodness gracious! At any rate, this entry talks about getting her fingers sliced by a picture frame. Hmmmm, perhaps I should start a "medical" category?
And that does it for this week's SheBlogs Carnival. I sure hope you enjoyed yourself today and found some new blogs to add to your daily fix. I did!! Thanks to everyone for participating and making this a successful carnival.
Perhaps still a little long, but still - it's a lot better and more manageable by posting once a week.
If you'd like to participate in the SheBlogs Carnival then submit something! Use THIS HANDY DANDY EASY FORM to send in your blog article. Remember, you just have to be female and have a blog to participate.
And perhaps next time I can get some of the Cotillion Ladies to send their work in! That'd be smack dab fantabulous!
